The whole team at Westtek Solutions is excited to have been entered for two prestigious business awards this year, recognising the quality of technology solutions we provide to the recruitment industry and beyond!
Westtek Solutions is in the frame for the biz4Biz Awards 2019 which recognises ‘excellence in Hertfordshire businesses. On a national level, we’ve been entered into Recruitment International’s Recruitment Industry Supplier Awards 2019 in the “Best Overall Technology Solution” category.
A Bit More About The Awards
Westtek Solutions is nominated in the biz4Biz Awards’ category for “Best Technology Services Provider” along with fifty-seven other local businesses. This award is open to companies providing a variety of IT services including IT support, software or app development, cloud computing, data and server centres, network management, network monitoring, and cybersecurity solutions.
The Recruitment International Industry Supplier Awards are highly coveted for those of us specialising in serving the recruitment sector as the agencies are the ultimate judges. Suppliers receive scores based on feedback from their own customers with the company with the highest score being declared Winner. As contenders for the “Best Overall Technology Solution” category, there is the possibility of being entered for the “Overall Provider of the Year” accolade.

Supporting local business is important to us – it’s one of the reasons I’m involved with Business Builders, an initiative set up and run in conjunction with Barclays and Welwyn and Hatfield Borough Council. Along with other local business owners, we run workshops to help start-ups and newly established businesses build their knowledge base for topics such as website design, SEO and cybersecurity. Recruitment International is a widely recognised name and, as many of our core clients operate within the recruitment sector, a win would be a super outcome for us.”

In addition to being the Technology Success Partner of choice to a number of independent recruitment agencies, Westtek Solutions is a Preferred Supplier to The Employment Agents Movement (TEAM) and a Supplier Member to the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo). Francis West has been directly involved with APSCo since 2010 and for the past year has served as Co-Chair for APSCo’s Technology Leadership Forum.

An award wouldn’t be the same without a star-studded presentation event to go with it and both events are looking suitably classy!
Popular TV newscaster and presenter Fiona Bruce will be hosting the biz4Biz awards evening on Friday 17th May at Tewin Bury Farm Hotel, Welwyn, Hertfordshire.
But we have to wait until Wednesday 5th June to find out how we did in the Recruitment Industry Supplier Awards, which will be announced at an awards lunch at The Grand Connaught Rooms in central London.
